Therapy that makes room for the whole person

What brings you here matters.

Maybe something has changed. Maybe an old pattern is no longer working. Or maybe you simply know you do not want to keep carrying things in the same way. Therapy can offer room to understand your experience and choose your next step with greater intention.

Reasons people begin therapy

Support for the season you are in.

01

Anxiety, stress, and burnout

Make sense of the thoughts, pressures, or expectations that leave you feeling stuck, exhausted, or stretched thin.

02

Trauma and difficult experiences

Build understanding, safety, and steadier ways of moving through experiences that continue to affect daily life.

03

Relationships and boundaries

Explore patterns, strengthen communication, and build relationships that feel more honest and sustainable.

04

Identity and self-worth

Explore identity, reconnect with your values, and develop a more compassionate relationship with yourself.

A collaborative approach

Therapy should feel like a conversation, not a performance.

You can come as you are. Together, you and Kari will make space for reflection, honest questions, practical insight, and change at a pace that respects your life and your goals.
